Our shop mainly produces hats that are shaped using wooden molds. We can propose a hat that suits your needs by accepting your specifications for height and brim length.

■About the displayed price
Prices are estimates only and may vary depending on the materials used for the finish. Due to rising material prices, prices may change depending on the time of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Example: A top hat (silk hat) will cost approximately 10,000 yen on top of the above price.
For example, please contact us for sizes larger than 61cm (XXL, XXL, etc.). 62cm, 63cm, 64cm, etc. (Available materials are limited.)
We also offer free head measurements. This is OK even if you are not planning to order immediately. Please feel free to ask. Knowing your head size and shape is an important factor when choosing a hat.
Please note that we will take a simple medical record of your name, gender, and age to supplement the store's information.

- Partial payment (50% or more of the estimated amount) or full payment
- Production (14 business days or more)
- Product delivery (in-store/delivery)
*If you have made a partial payment, please pay the remaining amount upon delivery.
Even if we can produce the same product by bringing in a sample, we will decline your request as the design and other details belong to the brand.
*If you cancel after production has begun, we will charge you 50% of the product price as a cancellation fee.
We can also manufacture wooden molds with special shapes.
Price: from 150,000 yen
This price includes consultation, design, specification determination, and two sample submissions.
We will store the completed wooden molds in our store, so once you have made them, you can change the materials to make them for summer, winter, etc. After that, you will only be charged for the manufacturing fee.
*We do not produce only wooden molds or hand over finished molds.
